We are looking for an ambitious, hard-working and line cooks to join our team at Cookshop! All ingredients are locally sourced and seasonally from farmers and sustainable producers. Seriously interested candidates must be organized, hard-working and self-motivated. Candidates must also have a strong desire to learn and grow in addition to strong communication skills as well as being a team player. Must have a flexible schedule. There are many growth opportunities for committed line cooks within the company.
The candidate should:
Demonstrate classic cooking techniques.
Have at least one year of professional pastry kitchen experience.
Work with a sense of urgency.
Must be a team player
Have a flexible schedule
Have at least a general understanding of Department of Health food safety.
Possess strong communication skills.
Stays positive and calm under pressure.
