La Maison du Macaron is looking for a highly-motivated pastry assistant for macaron production. The candidate must have a good knowledge of French pastry technics.

We are looking for a real team player, fully dedicated to the demanding world of pastry. We need an assistant who is organized, meticulous with a good eye for detail.
This position is full-time.
Must have 1+ years of pastry experience
Culinary school attendance is preferable, but not required
Must be willing to listen and learn
Must be serious and reliable
Have the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Maintain high food quality and safety standards
Apply health department rules. To be a holder of the NYC food certificate is a plus.
