Shopkick is seeking a senior-level B2B Demand Generation Manager with experience creating successful account-based marketing (ABM) programs, based in New York City. As a high growth company, we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embodies the company's mission and culture. The Senior Manager, B2B Demand Generation will be responsible for acquiring new high value leads within top tier target organizations and verticals. In addition to building a longer-term account-based marketing strategy, you will work with account management to increase retention and incremental revenue from existing partners. You will also be responsible for generating demand within new verticals, and for new products and features. The ideal candidate has worked with a wide range of Fortune 500 brands and retailers by developing revenue-generating account-based marketing programs. You re a team player who excels in working cross-functionally with sales, account management, product, and marketing. Role: Plan, scope, and execute on account-based marketing initiatives to successfully deliver high revenue-generating new partners for the sales team Deepen reach within top CPG portfolios by targeting the right teams behind specific brands with relevant and compelling messaging Work closely with account management to create and execute campaigns geared towards customer retention and expansion Gain demand in new advertising categories, e.g. QSR, Entertainment, Electronics, Apparel, including determining what the ideal customer profile (ICP) looks like within those verticals Determine which top tier brand and retail organizations are the best targets for Shopkick based on market analysis and collaboration across internal teams Track and optimize account-based marketing programs based on sell-through Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B demand generation within a retail, mobile or related environment Proven track record of achieving revenue growth through account-based marketing Experience with marketing automation & CRM tools (eg Hubspot, Salesforce) Experience developing compelling messaging across all digital channels An analytical and data-driven approach to program measurement and optimization Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Self-starter, proactive and eager to achieve results and grow the business Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ideal candidate lives in New York, or is willing to relocate Any unsolicited resumes/candidate profiles submitted through our website or to personal email accounts of employees of Shopkick are considered the property of Shopkick and are not subject to payment of agency fees.
