The Sr. Manager, Site Merchandising will oversee all aspects of site merchandising and product with a focus on analytics and operations. Responsible for the day-to-day merchandising of eCommerce (North America & Europe Sites): site merchandising, analytics, and product placement. Supports the Senior Director in the planning and execution of the sales plan, meeting and surpassing goals and overall plan. Partners with the Buying to ensure proper assortment and product mix is maintained in order to achieve overall Ecommerce plan - > drive strategic thinking with head of buying to react to business needs on daily basis. Works with marketing & creative partners to ensure site merchandising ties to strategy across function. Generates and delivers weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting. Analyzes and interprets data to uncover successes & opportunities that will assist in delivering objectives. Provides recommendations for the development of concepts, strategies, planning, implementation, and coordination of all eCommerce efforts. Own site calendar & share with cross functional team members. Drive best in class site merchandising across all categories ->-Strong visual & aesethic understanding of brand, trends, and storytelling. Oversees site merchandising team across NA, Europe, Sport. 7-10 years experience within a similar ecommerce operations role, preferably in fashion retail. Expert in Google Analytics & Demandware Strong analytical skills with strategic agility Strong understanding of business scope & how to drive KPI s through customer experience Strong communicator & ability to create strong cross functional relationships
